Are you a fan of contemporary art? if you are the Museum of Contemporary Arts is the place to be. The museum is located on the edge of the Sydney Harbour which is one of the most iconic places in Sydney and opened its doors to the public in November 1991. The museum has several floors in which one whole floor is allocated to its collection, with other floors occupied by galleries, a library, studios and lecture theatres.
There are many events taking place in the museum and you can be up-to-date with these events by visiting this link: https://www.mca.com.au/whatson/, The opening hours are Monday-Tuesday from 10am-5pm, Wednesday from 10am-9pm and Thursday-Sunday from 10am-5pm and entrance is free. The exhibitions are not the only experience the museum provides, there is also a rooftop cafe which has beautiful view of the Sydney Opera House.
